Cookie policy

Last updated 1 May 2026. We use a small number of first-party cookies. None of them are for advertising. None are sold to data brokers.

1

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They let a site remember that you’re signed in, keep your preferences between visits, and operate basic security features.

2

Cookies we use

Strictly necessary — always set when relevant.

  • next-auth.session-token — signed JWT, kept for 30 days. Set when you sign in (whether via email and password, Google, or as an agency). Required to keep you signed in across page loads.
  • admin-token — signed JWT, kept for 24 hours. Only set on admin sign-in.

Preference (browser local storage, not cookies). Your language choice (EN / FR / IT) and your cookie-banner consent are stored in your browser’s local storage under dwellaa-language and dwellaa-cookie-consent. These never leave your device.

Optional analytics — only if you accept. We do not currently set any optional analytics cookies. If we add them in the future, the cookie banner will offer you an explicit choice and we’ll list each new cookie here.

3

What we don’t use

No third-party advertising cookies. No social-media pixels (Facebook, LinkedIn, X). No cross-site tracking. No data sold to data brokers.

4

Managing cookies

To re-show the cookie banner and change your choice, clear the dwellaa-cookie-consent entry from your browser’s site data for dwellaa.com. All modern browsers also let you block cookies entirely — note that blocking the strictly-necessary cookies above will prevent you from signing in.
