Tell us the commune, the price band, and whether you’re buying or selling. Within a working day we come back with two or three agents — each with a live dossier of comparable transactions, references from recent clients, and their own view on your property.
Interview all of them. Choose one. We step back at that point — our relationship is with the quality of the match, not a commission on the sale.
Standards
What we look for
Agents on Dwellaa hold a current carte professionnelle and work for a dedicated agency, carry civil liability insurance, and have closed many transactions in the past twenty-four months. Half are fluent in English; many speak French, Italian, German, or Russian.
