By accessing Dwellaa you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Tell us promptly at contact@dwellaa.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Dwellaa is a marketplace. Property listings are supplied by third-party agencies; we verify each agency but do not warrant the accuracy of individual listings. Verify material facts with the listing agent before making any offer.

Do not scrape, copy, or republish listings without written permission. Do not use Dwellaa to impersonate another person or agency. Do not attempt to circumvent our authentication systems.

Dwellaa is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties regarding availability, accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the site is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
