Every furnished rental in our collection ships with: fully-equipped kitchen and appliances, linens and bath towels, crockery and glassware, high-speed internet, and — on request — weekly housekeeping.
Utilities are typically included up to a reasonable monthly ceiling; any excess is reconciled on departure.
Terms
Lease options
Furnished leases on the Riviera typically run six months to three years, with a two-month deposit held in escrow. We prepare the lease, verify the inventaire (condition report), and manage handover.
